Here is the most recent shot of Tucks taken March 17, 2002...

Based on comparison to photos last year at approximately the same time, I would estimate that we have significantly less snow than last year at this time. At the end of March 2001 the headwall was well covered with much less rock exposed. The lower headwall (center photo) was also well covered with little brush peeking through the snow.
March 17, 2002 snow coverage is most similar to coverage as of April 25, 2001... so I'd say spring conditions this year are advance by a good month over last year http://timefortuckerman.com/ubb/frown.gif ... so pray for snow peeps!
