Should I go this weekend?

Looking for some advice from those who've been up there in the last week or so. I'm thinking of coming up from New York and was wondering if there's still enough snow at the top to ski the headwall, etc. Thanks.

In a word, yes - just go. (Besides, can you think of anything better to do?). I was there on the 28th and there was plenty of snow (still skiing almost to Pinkham). Check out www.tuckerman.org (http://www.tuckerman.org) for recent pics of the ravine. From what I saw, and considering we haven't had much rain, there should be great skiing until at least Memorial Day (and likely beyond). - SherpaKroto
