Great day one of my fav.'s of the season. East-side was dead today reports from tux, 10 skiers, reports from G.O.S., 2 skiers and a solo snowboarder. The 2 skiers were harvesting the biggest finger-gully (Rog and a cohort maybe?) That left me with Maine gully and #1, for my harvesting of 2" peel away with a firm base underneath, pretty much perfection. Top of gullys gettin low, last year gullys were fatter at the beginning of May than these in beginning of April..

Nate, Way to get after it. Me thinks will be up there tomorrow, either GOS or Hillman's. Might be wet, might be another canvas to paint. Oh, and are those tracks really the moose freshies?! ;) Good going. paul

Paul, yup the bottom of the trail was moose-holed, he or she was very polite and kept the trax to the side, was hoping to catch a glimpse, no luck.. Trying to come up with a game plan for this weekend, weather looks tricky.. Could be locked up, or some amount of pow, if the second occurs, I'll be going up high to a certain snowfield. When I have a plan I'll send you a pm.-nate:)
p.s. just noticed the wink.hahaha...

Great comparison, one more reason to grab it soon. Man, your days on snow this season have got to be measured in months by now. Way to get it. May end up joining you in the certain ravine this weekend. Maybe a little snow at the end of this system, I hope. See you out there.
Cool viddy, shows a bit, says a lot. Nicely done!
