Well I uploaded them into the gallery area. Call me stupid, and I do see how you attach them via below, but how do you get them imported or embedded in here?

Also, I have some video that I'd like to upload as well if anyone knows how.

hey cliff:
When you are viewing your images in the gallery there's a block in the properties below it called UBBCode

Copy that code into your message and it will display:
for example this code:

http://timefortuckerman.com/photopost/data/500/1019snowfieldTrio-med.jpg

will embed one of your images.
