Sucks tho: I finally downloaded a really sweet copy of dodgeball and watched it last night... it was perfect DVD quality. Sigh - seems the second I figure "it" out, they change what "it" was.

Suscribe to news groups.

Go to www.nfonews.com and search for what you want.

Log onto that new groups grab the needed files.

Usually 60 or so for a DVD rip

then use SmartPar to fix the files using the repair *.par files and usually burn the ISO


You can get Digital Screeners of New Movies, Software, Complete music CD's, and of course the XXX stuff. :rolleyes:

It's always under the radar and usually wicked fast

Before ATT network merged with Comcast there was no limit on downloads for news groups.. now they limit it to 2gb which blows for DVD's

But check it out, I use Xnews to connect to the new groups.

If you have a highspeed connection find your company's news group server address and you usally use your account name and password to log into it.

Ya, there will always be leechers... Although in their defense sometimes a torrent just stops uploading - maybe it's the Tracker "burping". But it sometimes put me at a stand still. So that does make me a leacher - but it's rare sometimes i forget about one and my ratio will like 6 or 7.
