Planning on skiing 6/2 or 6/3. How are conditions for skiing and hiking? It will be our first time. What should we expect and bring for weather and gear?

I would recommend what I did. Climb the bowl, and bring a parchute on your back. As you start skiing straight down real fast, pull the rip chord. When I did it I took off out from the bowl about 40 feet off the ground. It was awesome. I was Flying MAN!!!!!!! I kept my ski's on for the best part. When I flew over Hojos, I dropped my pack because I needed to lighten my load. I was heading perfectly through the air to the trail down the mountain. When I hit the trail I released my chute and skied down to the bottom of the mountain.
WHAT A RUSH. Next year, I'm going to use a hang Glider and glide over to WildCat (my favorite mountain) and ski down to their lodge for a Tuckerman's Ale on draft. It's the best beer.
See ya,

I was there that day and remember that dude!! I was eating my shreddies and cheesy poofs at HOJO's and heard this guy flying by me. The reason I remember is he was humming an Anne Murray tune!I saw him later in the lodge at Wildcat and he was explaining (at length.....)something- whatever it was he sure did know a lot about the subject.

No way Man!!! I'm all Natural. No Mushrooms for me, unless they are portabella marinated in Balsalmic vinegar cooked on the grill. Ahh Man, they are something other than else. You might remember me from the Canadian All Natural Life Style Awards last year on Prince Edward's Island. I was only able to attend the post awards dinner due to my obigations with the Provincial Legislature where I sit on many important boards. I'm passing a new bill that will establish the "National Canadian Foundation for the Preservation the Native Regina harbor seal". These poor animal s have been treated awful in recents years. People poke fun at them and call them names and it made me so Mad. I had to take action.
I'm a real reformer in the Canadian Government.
Have a Great Day,
