I'm heading up to Vermont on Friday the 20th for a day trip. I looking for someone to ski with, It doesn't matter what mountain, just someplace in southern Vermont. I'm driving from Farmongton, CT, anyone interested?

Weather permitting.

Maybe sugarbush? I gotta get my daughter to a piano lesson at 6:30, so it'd be a 4:00 sharp departure, but that's sounding like a nice plan.

I think I can do pico, if I leave at 4pm SHARP! So what is normally a wicked fun bunch of Apres-Ski would be missed by me. Let's see if we can convince a few more and ensure a good time is had by all!

Although if Elwood is in town you'll have the apres covered. Few party like elwood.

Stoneman pointed out that Mobil gas stations are having a deal, you gotta get 8 gallons three times and you can get like $15 off a pico ticket. Start keeping those recipets!

i do beleive my friends all for one pass included a coupon book with goodies like buy one/ get one free or something for the same 6 mountains, i would def. be interested as im in e. hartford so splitting gas $ would be a + as well

I'd be happy to swing by and pick you up on the way, IM me if you still want to go as it gets closer.

I'm nervous about Friday @ Pico and all the rain they're getting... I wouldn't mind pushing it back a week to see if the conditions improve. I'm still going at this point.

Any thoughts M@ & Skituxnoob?

If its pushed back a week, I may be able to go, plus the wether might improve.

Today it was 56F when i work up here in CT. W.T.F !

It was actually colder in my car from overnight colder temps, lol.

Pouring rain and T-Storms, errrrrrrrrrrr

This whole week, and weekend will be warm and crappy, next week its going to get colder, as a colder pattern sets in and some snow might be headed our way, due to the fact the stormy pattern is here to stay.

Next friday might be a MUCH better day, and im about 90% in for then too.

Rain is pretty much the only weather I don't like skiing in. If it's looking like rain I'd be very much motivated to push it a week to the 27th. One friday is pretty much the same as any other for me.

It's 48F and pouring buckets here in Sunapee now.... Uuuuggghhhh!

If we push this adventure to the 27th then I'm a likely candidate for the fun. I'll have to check on staffing the Sunapee Community Coffehouse on that day and hopefully can deligate my way onto skiis!

Chalk me 92% now - got my swap.

I think the kMart 2fer is the way to go. Pico rocks (i.e. sucks) but kMart is much bigger and they have the gangala.

Sounds good. Tinnerdelux is going to car pool w/ me from CT, we'll be there about 8:30. What lodge would you like to meet at?

Everyone is welcome to come along... It's supposed to be sunny all day long, Kmart has gotten about a foot of snow this week!

For all of you who "Need to be talked into it" here's the weather:

Friday...Mostly sunny. Highs in the lower 30s. Northwest winds around 5 mph...Becoming southwest around 5 mph in the afternoon.

I am activly recuiting by the way.

There is open seating on the bus from Manchester.

Pico was nice today (Thurs), bit not a lot open. Summit glades were a ball, but won;t hold up to traffic.

I'ld be right there with you guys today but I really couldn't miss or reschedule this meeting this pm.... I'm heading up and organizing a summer concert series here in little ol Sunapee Harbor and certain permit deadlines have to be met, etc. This is likely the most important meeting for the year. The rest should be a cakewalk if all goes well.
