Saw a sign this morning promoting the local used ski sale to benefit the rec. department here in town. Call me old school but it reads
"NO STRAIGHT SKIIS ACCEPTED"
SHAPED SKIIS ONLY
while i do agree that shaped skiis have revolutionized the industry, i still strap the GS 203's on every now and then to keep me in check, even took a pair of straight boards to the rockpile last year. So, i guess what i'm saying is GET YOUR STRAIGHTBOARDS TODAY! it is only a matter of time before they fade away....
snow in the forcast for later this week:D

That's the best part about ski swaps is picking up old gear for cheap.

Someday, someone is going to 're-discover' straight boards.. then back we go shopping, and the ski industry will be re-vitalized, and the world shalt be happy again... :money:
Hey did anyone here about the 30cm expected up in northwestern Ontario? wahoo!

Where is the line between straight and shaped? There is no such thing as a straight ski.

I could really get into those old skis if the couple posed in front wasn't so damn good-looking!

That man may be short, but not *that* short!
Not the easiest to turn, but would make it easy to get across those mid-size open streams.
I like that website. Love those solid ashwood planks.
