40's are the staple intoxicant of dirtbags everywhere. We have all looked at the roll of change sitting on the table thinking " I really should do my laundry, nah I'll just get two 40's instead!" Maybe that just me but anyways, here is link to a review of the major players. Trust me, it's really is gear!

In November 1992 Maudite (the damned one), was the first strong beer to be distributed in Quebec grocery stores. ..........Maudite has a typically Quebecois name that is reminiscent of the legend of the Chasse-Galerie (the legend of the Flying Canoe). Legend has it that a group of lumberjacks struck a deal with the devil to fly home in their canoes, guided by Satan himself, to make it home in time for Christmas.

Reminds me of the days in college when we used to play Edward 40 hands. Enter the party and get a 40 duck taped to each hand. Can't take them off till you finish them. Made for interesting bathroom visits.

My light beer is Double Bag, otherwise Very Dark Beers are my faves. Certain supercharged IPA brews will get my attention.....The Shed in Stowe has my all time favorite hopped up brew: Darkside Ale...time to get a fresh growler :D

I see they have the OE and the Hi-8, but whatever happened to OE Ice 800?
And where's my Haffenreffer Private Stock?
Definitely not an all-inclusive review. One thumb up, one thumb down.

Yes one of many bondage type drinking games. My personal favorite was the Co-Ed cuff and case though. Enter the part draw a blue number Females draw a pink number. After an hour of drinking and waiting for enough people to arrive match your blue number with the corresponding pink number. your partner and you self are then cuffed together at the wrist with plastic zip locks. The race is then on. Once your case is finished you can cut the zip lock.
Imagine playing bear pong in this manner quite difficult cause if you are both right handed one of you has to through with the other attached unless you can be ambidextrous.
And once again makes for interesting bathroom visits:eek:

Here! Here! The Shed is a wonderful place. For a mountain pub, at least. But the Mountain Ale makes up for any shortcomings.
I've got the Rogue XS Imperial Stout in hand at the moment. A wee pricey, but damn good. RR, I like your taste in beers!
Cheers,

Green Death! If you couldn't solve the puzzle under the cap, you had to chugg another on!
Ironically, my office, for one of my jobs, was at 251 Heath Street in JP, which said American Brewwing Company on the building, was later the brewery for green death!
