May Conditions

I made the trip to Tuck's last April and it was awesome! I haven't been able to get there yet this year... but I might try next weekend (May 20-21).. is it worth it? How much snow will be left on the headwall (i don't expect to ski out on the SHerburne trail at this time of year)? Are rock skis a must? Thanks

Was up on Saturday/Sunday. Chute was real good. Left Gulley was great. Headwall left of waterfall was Ok, but had most of the crowds. I wouldn't give it much more than another week. Lot's of rain Saturday noght (2+ inches) didn't help matters. But as always, a great trip! Good luck
