The John Sherburne Ski Trail is open with continuous snow from top to bottom. THE LION HEAD WINTER ROUTE IS NOW OPEN. This is a steep and challenging route for mountaineers. Crampons, an ice axe and the ability to properly use this equipment are recommended for safe travel on this route.
It was the first weekend in February before the winter route opened last year. It's not even winter yet this year! and the report said 14" of frozen precip yesterday, something happeneing on wednesday, and another "strong system" over the weekend. God, I would love to have a White christmas this year. :snowman: :snowman: :snowman:

Actually, go to his house - he needs the help while he's healing. Plus, he deserves SOMETHING good to come out of his sacrifice....thanks again for that!
This won't make you feel any better but I'll tell you anyways: my buddy just had the same 'procedure' but also had a double hernia operation at the same time....

Just looking at the pic of the chute in tucks comparing it to when we were in it a few weeks ago is incredible.
