Snow Trivia

Seeing how snow is lacking....

Anybody know what the record is for the greatest amount of snow in a 24 hour period?

Don't know 'bout up dere in da great white north, eh, but here in da states methinks it's Silver Lake, CO @ 76" or possibly Montague, NY @ 77" - but that one was criticized by the NWS folks.

Howz 'bout storm total record? (again, I can only vouch for the states, but it's so mind-blowing that I'd bet it's world record)

And seasonal total record? (I think this one's easy, but then again I was there when it was broken)
