Jay Peak

Hey all...So I am heading up north for some good ol' fashion fun this Friday and Saturday. Have yet to ski Jay and with this Storm rolling in I figured I would give it a shot. The storm is supposed to hit Wednesday through Wednesday evening and so obviously Thursday would be prime but unfortunately I cannot take off Thursday. I was curious how well Jay preserves snow quality? Since I am driving up from NYC, its a long haul and I am I also considering Stowe or Sugabush as an alternative (have skied both)Does anyone know what direction the mountain faces. Basically it boils down to two questions, how likely is it that all this fresh snow will be skied off by Friday and how well does Jay preserve fresh snow? Is it likely I will get great turns all day on Friday? Thanks for all the help.
