open the image at your photo host.
1- right click on the image, select properties:

2- highlight and copy the URL of your pic:

3- Click on Post Reply or Edit (in your own post) here, paste the URL between some IMG tags in your post like this, save when ready

What you get is your own pic..here Is Ms Caroli ripping some lovely Chic Chocs powder.:
