Post Thule Box tip

Hey ya'lls, I got a question from a customer on Saturday about the new Thule boxes rattling. The rattle at all speeds was getting really loud through the moon roof for my customer. The gent thought is was the lock mechanism and I had no answer for him. I sent him to SkiMart to see about a different brand. Later, after work I went down to see if they had been able to help. They had, but not with a different brand, just a simple fix:

It seems that Thule thinks the new "open on either side" mechanism requires a loose fit of the two halves of the box. The techs at the mart sent my former customer off for some foam weatherstripping tape. I pass that tip on for your consideration.
