Meow Rock 1-3-10

My plan for the new year storm for Cardigan changed Sat. night and instead I stayed more local to both get in some turns and hang out with the family the last day of the holiday weekend.

So, with about a foot of new snow, I headed up to this lost hill in Weston.

The turns were a bit crunchy, but a lot of fun to be had so close to home.

The best run of the day was down the old t-bar line which is about 8 ft wide. Nice tight turns were made.

The last run I made took me all the way back to the tailgate of my car. Nice area.

I'm sure you wouldn't have wanted to switch places on Sunday though. Looks like you had one of the best powder days at Cannon EVER!

Definitely a spot to hit if it's snowing during the week, even after work.
