Wow... what a set list! Harkin never told me about that show!.... I've been looking for good recordings with sets like that..... Thanks for the heads up.
BTW - have you checked out www.gdlive.com ??? Great for streaming old shows and they have a pretty good archive.
Terrapin stuck in my head on the 11th because when Harkin Banks, Just Bill, and myself were driving up to Tuck's, Terrapin randomly started up on my iPod and simultaneoulsy we chorused .... "and the compass always points to Tuckerman!" Needless to say, we knew then we were on a synchronistic journey of joy to the headwall of Tuckerman. I tell ya, the whole day was filled with synchronicity and incredible timing and just pure unadulterated fun!
If you want to know any TGD trivia... ask Harkin.... he's our local TGD historian. He continually amazes me with the amount of info he's managed to aquire.

I generally hang out and wait for bt.etree.org announcements and use Bit Torrent to get my shows... I got a big backlog going now... Can't keep up with shows anymore... Not a bad thing...
GDLIVE is awesome...
archive.org is amazing though... Elwood turned me onto it... Found lots of shows that I wanted but couldnt find...
I'm psyched to run into Harkin at a Mule show... Like I said once... I KNOW I've probably run into him before... Been seeing Mule for a loooooooong time....
Thanks again!

Yeah, how about the fact that we were there in the ravine next to Lunch Rocks on my 45th birthday, and just before leaving I ask PWDR8S to get a reading on the altimeter he brought along. He let out an 'OMG', or something similar. "4545!!" he shouted. More synchronistic synergy to put an exclamation point on the day!!

Inspiration, move me brightly. light the song with sense and color;
Hold away despair, more than this I will not ask.
Faced with mysteries dark and vast, statements just seem vain at last.
Some rise, some fall, some climb, to get to tuckerman.

I was thinkin of using that set of verses for my signature but got distracted... how appropriate it is for the Tuckerman experience.

It's perfect for the Tuckerman experience. I think it sums up everything I was feeling the first time I laid eyes on the ravine!

Elwood that passage is amazing... just amazing lyric...
didnt Phish play Terrapin once???
I cried when they played Terrapin at Hershey Park at the 6/28/85 show...
Of course it could've been the rain streaming into my eyes. Well that and the.. consumables... Man that was a fun run...
Another HIGHLY recomended show by DMC... As well as one of my personal favorites...
very trippy... Awesome "Cold Rain"

The day after Saratoga, where/when I got off that tour. I hitched with a buddy of mine out to the Greeks for the 20th Anniversary shows, then hitched back to the two at Alpine Valley, then Riverbend in Cincy, Blossom at Cuy. Falls, then 'toga. And when did they break out the next 'Dew'? The next night, (of course, Phil bombs and all, very prevalent that summer) in Hershey Park! Nuts!! I will say, the one we got for a set-opener in Berkeley was unreal!! That tour was really fun... eight shows in five states and over 7000 miles hitched in 19 days!! I wanna do-over!

Bummer Dude.... had that happen to me 17 yrs ago at SU..... 10+yrs of bootlegs, etc gone! BUT..... today I have technology! And I'm finding better recordings than I had thanks to fellow deadheads. I got an iPod for xmas this yr thank to my bro. and it's been great.... I can't loose my "master copies" because they're in my laptop (hopefully THAT doesn't disappear)....
I've been trying those links to archive and I only get to the home page.... any suggestions?
