Snow spotted in Boston today!
Well, the manufactured kind, but a nice reminder that winter is on it's way. I just found THIS on boston.com. Looks like a good marketing promotion for both Dunkin Donuts and ASC:
Summer snowfall at City Hall Plaza
The plaza became a winter playground this afternoon, as Dunkin' Donuts carted in high-flying ski jumpers and 18 tons of snow for the first-ever Caught Cold Festival.
I tried to search online if this event was going to be in other cities, but no luck. It may just be a Boston thing.
Arial ski jumpers are cool!

Well manufactured that snow is... snow clean looking... when they are done with it, lets haul some up to Tucks.

When is the Ski show at the Bayside Expo center? I love going to that...gets my all reved up for the season - Good deals too

The Boston Snow Sports Expo is from Nov. 18 - Nov. 21 this year. I am planning to head over there.
I thought last year it took place alot earlier?

I thought it was always in November, but then again, the last time I went, it was held at the Hynes and I got to meet Wayne Wong, 'Airborne' Eddie Ferguson, Scotty Brooksbank and John Clendenin. I will not be guessing which year THAT was, so I shall leave that up to you. I don't think I'd be saying even if I DID know!

Hey i just referenced Wayne Wong in another post...wierd. Scotty brooksbank was my coach at Sunday River in the early 90's.
These guys you speak of are refered to as the "Legends of Freestyle" Worm turns and all!
