Which height was it set in? Occassionally I've had my titanal II's slip. I'm not sure if I'm just putting my weight down too heavy or if they're wearing out (they were used when I bought them). I was also warned about putting them in what appears to be a climbing position, but actually is between two other positions, so double check at home to make sure you are indeed in a designed climbing position. (You'll feel the heel elevator snap into place in each position and you'll see the detents through the side of the plastic opening) If it's the first problem where they just occassionally slip, I'm not sure if there's any remedy- I've just had to re-adjust it a few times while skinning is all.
