Great Pics
Nice work! Yesterday was awesome at Tucks also. The weather was fantastic and I was wearing a tea shirt at the summit of Wash. I hope that guy had sun screen on or he will have some sore spots today!

Oh? This sounds like it has been a long time goal or something M@?
Who was your mentor?

We have you on video M@!! Looks like I was right when I assumed the naked guy was a T4Ter.
That was definitely the best day I've had up there in a long time

Wow!
Classy that Naked Guy 2006 didn't even wear a backpack! (Good management to ask PHug to handle the duds).
He skied the Headwall with nothing but helmet, boots, and his "birthday two-pack"!
Dang!

I wouldn't excatly call it a long term goal - more like, "I'd do it if the conditions were right, if everything clicked." And things were clicking BIG time on saturday - everything was "right."
As far as a mentor: I wouldn't call it that but when I saw this guy do it in 1999 I think that's when the seed was planted (that's me in the purple, and the guy just above me is indeed wearing far less than me):

Definately M@ wanted not to be associated with past NG's... no pack back signifies him as a true naturalist, and one of now fear... a true conquer of the ravine. April 29, 2006 now belongs to M@. Has it made Jay Leno's monologue yet?? Someone send in that video!
We should perhaps chrisen April 29 as Buff on the Bluff day or something for M@

If I could choose I'd like that flat section of the tux trail after the big bridge to me called "M@'s Flat's" - cause it's my favorite part, such a nice break from the climb.
But I don't pretend to imagine one naked run down the lip to be worthy of namign rights to anything. I can think of a number of people who actually deserve a spot on a "naming" list: Brad Ray, Seth, probably a bunch of Patrollers/Forest Service types, Observers, whomever dug that well, etc...
