Water at Hojo's

Does it need filtering, or is it safe to drink? Figure I can safe a few pounds just filling up there if it is fine.

The water at the pump tastes great !!

Beats the sulfur tasting water at the base, at least I think that taste is sulfur....... can anyone confirm?

As the man said*, "so far, so good". I have been using the well water since they put the pump in. No probs and it is nice and cold, even in early September.

Yes there has been a lot of human traffic above the well. The toilets and winter privvies are well below and Have been in use for many years now. Most of the traffic does it's business therein. The well water is fine.

I've enjoyed that water ever since the pump was put in..... without filtering and saves a lot of time and weight and it's really good. Yummmmmmm~y! I swear it has healing properties! But don't let that get out..... don't need throngs of people hobbling up to drink all the water.
