USFS avy bulletin saying Mt. Washington got 15.8" on the summit, 12.2" at Hermit Lake! Of course, avy danger likely to remain significant for the short term.

Backcountry weather and trail report notes 14" at Lonesome Lake Hut, and also notes the Sherbie is skiing "fantastic."

Noice! Got 10" in the Sunapee region... Soo psyched to hear more on the rockpile. It's a fluffy kind of snow but the winds really whipped it good last night.

Waterbars kick behind. Especially when you're hauling down the Sterling Liftline and one comes up and you notice it in the last second, so you actually catch it in style with your sized-for-a-little-girl-pink-colored ski poles. Into knee deep powder, of course. Smugg's is reporting 30 inches in the past 4 days . Guess where I'll be tomorrow morning...
