If we work this right we can make serious money in the bowl this Spring....

20 Qt pot
long handled tongs or steel mesh scoop
3 Qts safflower oil
20 lbs of Klondike Gold spuds
various condiments and salt
the whisperlite international
a stand for the cook pot (stove might not handle the weight too well)
a cafeteria tray for a table and a sign...

you ski first, I cook, swap places after every run...

Gotta watch out for the FEDs/revenuers..... I think a vending license might be in order but I love the idea... A couple weekends and we could have a week at JH paid for! Ka-Ching!
