Tent Platforms at Hermit Lake

Just below The AMC building (HoJo's) is an area for overnight hikers and skiers. Several tent platforms are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Be sure to be well prepared for rather cold nights. Winter temperatures are more than likely even in the late spring.

Staying here may be a good option if you plan to ski more than one day at Tuckerman, however, you will have to carry up a lot more than for a day of skiing.
